There will be a Special Tax District meeting for all Bay Ridge property owners at the BRCA Clubhouse, 80 East Lake Drive, on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 7:00 PM.  At this meeting any property owner will be heard with regard to the proposed tax budgets and tax rates for County fiscal year 2017 (7/1/16 through 6/30/17) described in the notice below.  This is the meeting that we have every year to review the Board’s proposed budget and tax rates for our two special tax districts—the Bay Ridge Shore Erosion Control District (SCBD) and our Special Community Benefit District (SCBD).  The notice shown below is being mailed to every property owner, and a survey form is included which can be used to send input to the Board.
