MASTER’S SWIM PRACTICES (GOYBAS) – must be a Bay Ridge Pool member to participate. 18 years and older.  You register via your account in the pool database.

Morning Master’s – intermediate to expert swimmers; a coached session with primary concentration on distance, speed and technique. Coach will provide a workout each morning.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:00 – 7:00 am

Cost: $175

Evening Master’s – from beginner to intermediate to expert; all swimmer’s accepted. A workout is provided for each session for each different level swimmer. Concentration on all strokes, speed, distance and technique.

Tuesday and Thursday, 7:45 – 8:45 pm

Cost:  $125
