Bay Ridge On The Chesapeake

Bay Ridge is a truly unique community nestled on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay in Annapolis, Maryland. The community shares a wonderful history that spans the centuries as an attractive destination for those seeking respite from Washington DC and other nearby cities. It once housed a tremendous resort that served as a very popular Victorian destination at the turn of the 20^thcentury.

To that end, the community has attracted a wonderful tapestry of residents from far and wide, who now make Bay Ridge their year-around home. This is reflected in the residents themselves and the architecture of their homes, which are varied and rich with personality.

Without question, the biggest draw of living in Bay Ridge is the natural beauty that surrounds the community. Bay Ridge possesses a heavenly peninsula, happily framed on all sides by the Chesapeake Bay, the Severn River and Lake Ogleton. The community also cherishes is natural forests, called the Big Woods, that have been saved and protected from real estate development.
