Down by the Bay: a once-in-a-lifetime event

We invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening under the stars, in, on and around the pool—without water—to raise the necessary funds to keep our pool sustainable. Live music, incredible food, open bar, fire pits, roasted oysters and a live auction with some outstanding prizes. (Fancy a trip to the Bahamas, anyone?)

Anyone is welcomed: members of BRPA and non! Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime event—and in doing so, help us renew our pool for more decades of community life and love.

Event Details!

Date: Saturday, March 28th, 2015 • 5:00pm  (Rain date April 4th)

Menu: Not your typical pool fare. We’re talking Mason’s famous lobster rolls, new england clam chowder, lobster bisque, arugula salad with grilled steak, oysters roasting over roaring fire pits lining the pool deck and more! We’ll wrap up dinner with homemade cupcakes from Capital Cakes and Cream. Open bar featuring two signature cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.

Live Music: We’re not messing around! Mad Planet is coming to the stage in Bay Ridge. Rock, reggae and funk band–they were great at last years’ ‘Bands in the Sand’.

Live / Silent Auction: We’re proud of our neighbors and local businesses–see how they’ve stepped up to support this effort. Everything from vacation homes in the Outer Banks to Deep Creek Lake to the Bahamas! Raffle: Nab your tickets–$5 each or 5 for $20. Win your 2015 Membership Dues (credit up to $430.00)! Non-residents of Bay Ridge and Annapolis Cove are also eligible to win. In their case, they receive the $430.00 credit and eligibility to join the pool for the 2015 season.

Attire: Annapolis Casual

Cost: $100.00 per person. Includes: catered dinner, open bar, live music, auction, custom “Down by the Bay” insulated tumbler.
