BRCA Annual Membership

Your annual membership dues go a long way! As fellow residents and stewards of this wonderful community, please join in supporting our way of life in Bay Ridge.

Pay by card, direct bank transfer (Zelle), or check payment.

Members are also encouraged to consider making additional contributions to support the many activities of the Bay Ridge Civic Association.

You may designate the contributions for specific purposes, such as:

• Forest Management Committee (New Tree Sapling for Big Woods)
• Commons Committee
• Clubhouse
• BRCA general fund

Important Payment Information (Credit/Debit Card Payments Only):

• A 3% credit card processing fee applies to payments made with a credit or debit card.
• If you pay more than the minimum required amount of $300, BRCA will cover the processing fee for credit/debit payments—there will be no additional charges to you.
• For payments between $300 and $309 made with a credit or debit card, the total charged (including the processing fee) will not exceed $309.
• No processing fees apply to payments made via direct bank transfer or check.

We encourage contributions above $300 to help support our mission while minimizing fees for you!
