Bay Ridge Marina Clubhouse
The Marina Clubhouse & Grounds are available for rent to BRCA Members for events such as birthdays, wedding receptions, graduations, and other special events. The Clubhouse features a large kitchen, clean restrooms and an open interior space that accommodates up to 100 guests. Tables and chairs are also available with rental, seating about 100 guests. Also available to you is the parking lot accommodating 50 cars, and the waterfront, level grounds surrounding the clubhouse. This allows plenty of room for tented areas capturing views of Lake Ogleton.
Rentals are open to BRCA Members ONLY for a fee of $200/day. Partial day rentals are not available. If you are not a BRCA Member, you may still use the facility. In that case, the rental contract would be signed by a BRCA member with the understanding that they hold all responsibility for the rental.
If you would like to use the clubhouse chairs and tables off-site, you have to rent the club house. They must be returned promptly after use.
